We are committed to delivering quality and precision in every aspect of our service. Our Process
The bond between the rubber roller core and the roller covering is just as important as the compound selection itself. That’s why we put each rubber roller core through a rigorous quality-controlled surface preparation process.
Our process includes degreasing, linishing, sandblasting, washing, and priming to ensure the perfect bond and a smooth finish. We then vulcanize rubber coverings to the roller core and oven-cure polyurethane coverings for maximum strength and longevity.
