We have developed a solution for recovering worn-out Feed Rollers in Timber Moulders including Weinig, Leadermac and many more. By removing the Original Rubber we are able to recover these rollers with a High-Performance Polyurethane which will outlast OEM Rollers at a reduced purchase price.

The OEM Weinig Rollers are a Rubber formulation which measures at 70a Shore, we offer Polyurethane which offers are significantly longer wear resistance than OEM and other alternative manufacturers. Although we can recover these in any hardness – we have three compounds we recommend.
Note this advice is only based on the Feedback received from end users. We aren’t timber machinists!
70a Shore
This matches OEM Hardness however with the benefit of a High Performance compound. Commonly used in MDF, Softwood & Melamine applications.
80a Shore
A ‘happy-medium’ compound which offers more friction than 95a however with extreme durability and performance. If unsure, we recommend trialing this compound first.
95a Shore
20% harder than OEM – will last longer in hardwood applications. Not suitable for softer or glossy materials.
